Who We Are

The Pipia name belonged to my maternal great grandfather. There was an undeniable look he would give that said he meant business. Little did he know this look would be passed down for generations. This “look” was not the only trait that was passed down. To this day, the people in my family carry the same work ethic, conviction, dreams, and determination in their every day lives.

The Pipia Look is more than just a look. It is a vision. It’s the desire to see more than what meets the eye.

My mother and I started designing by sharing mornings watching HGTV over coffee and sketching ideas in our sketchbooks. After furthering our education, time, and experience (design and construction) we have created space in this little corner of the world to create beautiful designs.

Our mission is to make spaces functional, inspiring, and most importantly - a reflection of ones inner self.

  • I’m so glad I worked with Fran on my bathroom remodel. She started with a digital scan and turned it into a beautiful rendering with easy-to-use links for all the materials. She’s a wealth of knowledge and connected me with great vendors for every item I wanted. As a busy parent, I really appreciated how she took the stress out of the research process. She also provided the dimensional layouts my contractors needed, which made explaining my vision so much easier. Although she could have easily contracted the job and project managed it for me, Fran helped me see the potential of my space and gave me the support I needed to confidently finish the job myself which is what I wanted!
