Specialty furniture and built-in design services provide professional design direction and documentation intended to communicate the overall concept and design intent. Final construction methods, engineering requirements, fabrication details, and installation requirements should be verified by the appropriate qualified contractor, cabinet maker, fabricator, or trade professional. Construction and fabrication costs are not included in the design fee.
